Shampoo & Conditioner?

Okay well Im African American %26amp; I wanted to know if there are some really good shampoo %26amp; conditioners that moisterize hair %26amp; promote healthy hair and hair growth. BUT ONLY FOR MY TYPE OF HAIR WHICH IS AFRICAN AMERICAN.

As a hairdresser I strongly recommend not buying your shampoo and conditioner from a supermarket or general store as these strip your hair of moisture and then coats it in silica which feels great the first couple of times but in the long term damages your hair.





Your hairdresser will probably be able to help you the most but I do recommend using KMS shampoos and conditioners. They make a great moisturising range called 'moistrepair' or for African American hair there is a great range called 'flat out' which is very moisturising and eliminates frizz. 'Flat out' is also great when it comes to straightening African American hair.

try aubrey brand found at whole foods, i havent tried there shamppoo but i like htere conditioner, although it smells bad. try a moisturizing shampoo
they sell special kinds made for African american hair. it's in a special section at the store. i've seen it

Try Organic root stimulator uplifting shampoo also there products.
well i use sunsilk but im african american and mexican


oh mi cuz'n uses joico i use to use it but not for my hair really only find it in the mall
Try Pantien or V-O 5 Head and Shouders is also a good shampoo

usually shampoo and conditioner will work on any hair...but if you insist on stuff for AA hair..see your local store...(Wally World, K-Mart, Target, Sally's etc..they have LARGE sections for AA hair).
does it matter if your African American or not? sorry, but I diddn't know that certain shampoo's are for certain races. thanks the for the information though. :]

Sorry not shure,,,my hair is poker straight and blonde. Howevr i do use these stuff called Hask Plcenta I get at the beauty places it works kinda nice not graesery or antthing
