What shampoo+conditioner should I use to tame my curly, frizzy hair?

My hair is super curly and thick. I've used several kinds of shampoo. I kind of liked Garnier Fructis but my hairdresser said that it is super bad for me. anything else I should try? What shampoo+conditioner should I use to tame my curly, frizzy hair?
Infusium 23, frizzology, is wonderful. My hair is naturally curly and thick, and frizzy, and a hair model told me to use this shampoo and conditioner and leave in conditioner. My hair is incredibly healthy now, and very shiny and manageable. I can't rave enough about this shampoo, honestly. I tell everyone I can about it. You can get it at wal mart. This is what it looks like:

It's wonderful for your hair. I use it after I highlight my hair to erase the damage done. What shampoo+conditioner should I use to tame my curly, frizzy hair?
Try Paul Mitchell's ';Super Skinny'; line of products. Get the shampoo and conditioner, but also try the serum.

My daughter has very, very thick wavy/curly hair, and those 3 products used together get her hair absolutely smooth and soft, whether she straightens it or not. If she does use the straightener, her hair shines like glass.
either go with organic shampoo or do not use shampoo at all. Shampoo ruins curls and creates frizz, so just use conditioner, but don't put too much conditioner of your scalp :)
Aubrey organics,burt bees,yes to cumcuber conditioner,donna marie products,giovanni

The products above are natural or almost all natural .You can only get donna marie products online.
matrix sleek and smooth, omg its so wonderful, and that infusion 23 drys out your hair just to let you know. also tresame is a good brand if you cant afford salon quality products,
Any shampoo that is Sulfate-free (I love Pureology). Curly hair hates shampoo w/sulfates!!
