[tips]What shampoo/conditioner actually works to repair damaged hair?
Don't use pantene. Please.

It contains things that are NOT good for your hair.

I use Tresemme Thermal Renewal Shampoo and Conditioner and it works wonders!

Be sure to use a heat protectant on hair before you use a heat styling product and get your ends trimmed every two months or so.What shampoo/conditioner actually works to repair damaged hair?
Try usling shampoos without sulfate- and don't wash your hair daily. The oils that form around your hair helps protect it/keep it moisturized, and helps speed up the renewal process.

Shampoos without sulfate are usually found in salons, Biolage, Paul Mitchell, and Tigi S factor are all great, sulfate free shampoos. Yes, they are a bit on the pricey side but if you use good shampoo/conditioner, you need less, so it works out to be pretty much the same.

If you're looking for a cheap and quick fix, grab yourself a bottle of Aussie 3 minute miracle (it can be found in drugstores for about 4 dollars). Just wash your hair the first thing you get in the shower, and apply i tthroughout your hair and leave i t in while you continue with your hsower, and the steam will help infuse your hair with the conditioner, then rinse it off at the end. Use this twice a week for the first weeeek, then once a week thereafter to help renew moisture in your hair.

Also, get regular trims, and try to not use too many heat/chemical things in your hair at one time.

Good luck!
pantene is good

but i just switched to the rip off brand pantene and it works BETTER than pantene. i think its by equate?

idk you'll have that sometimes..where the rip off is better than the actual. its weird.

OK

but you should wash your hair, thoroughly rinse, put conditioner in and leave it in to wash your body or whatever in the shower, then rinse that out really, really good.

another things is to towel dry your hair. as you are rubbing your hair with the TOL, it makes you hair softer. i dont exactly know why, but it does. avoid gel and moose. they dry hair out MORE. some styling milk/conditioner if you have frizzys or whatnot. it doesnt have to be anything expensive either. and lastly, if you trim your hair once a month to get rid of split ends and it will make your hair healthier. Take Vitamins too!! :D Be Healthy!! From the Inside Out! Hope I help :)
trim off(trims once a month help stop dead or split ends)herbal essences or garnier also try oils(almond olive all work quite nice )try moistriving shampoos and conditioners(not pantene it works horribly it gave my tangles hair and so many dead and split ends it was just moistrived)o.O
Give your hair a weekly olive oil treatment. Slather your hair with olive oil, put on a hot towel (right out of the dryer) and wait 20-30 mins before shampooing out. You might want to do this wearing a towel so your clothes don't get oil spots.
U should have it trimmed, (cut the dead ends).. and use tresseme's deep conditioner, or try going to the salon and asking them for a hot treatment for hair! It will help a lot.. Good luck
garniea ugh i cant spell!!
