Shampoo/conditioner?

I have two different shampoos, one is Sunsilk Anti-Flat and Garnier Fructis, the new one that helps control flyaways. I alternate them, is that going to damage my hair ?Shampoo/conditioner?
Ok to alternate shampoos?

And the answers to summerx0l0ve's Question is:

1- MAYBE

2- NO. the only things

3- its good to SWITCH

4- switching shampoos is NOT GOOD

5- you SHOULD CHANGE ur shampoos and conditioners

6- i'm sure that IT WON'T

7- just STICK to what you use

I'll be curious as to what you finally decide based on the

responses to your question (so far).

Just a curious observation.Shampoo/conditioner?
no. the only things that really damage hair are over brushing, overshampooing you should try to only shampoo every other day. Blow drying, and dyeing your hair also cause damage. the best hair is natural hair!
no it wont but switching shampoos is not good u should just choose one ask urself which one gives me a better look???
I would just stick to what you use, unless it doesn't work too well. I wouldn't try something if I already know what works best!
i heard its good to switch up so they clean better.
Maybe.....just use one shampoo...i think garnier fructis is better
No. It's good to alternate between shampoos.
i'm sure that it won't, but maybe there's a shampoo that is a mix- anti flat and flyaway control.
no

you should change ur shampoos and conditioners on a regular basis; your hair gets ';used to them';
