You cant spead the process of hair growth.You can only wait.Your hair grows 1/2 '; a month.
But you can use good brand names to keep your hair healthy so it can grow healthier,

Ive tried all and there great...What is the best shampoo/conditioner for growing hair?
Im using doo gro shampoo at the moment and I can see a slow improvement in hair growth. I don't care for the conditioner too much as it makes my hair soooo greasy. Also Garnier has one called long and strong which comes with a conditioner too. I've heard good things about it so you might want to give one of them a try. If you live in America then they sell the doo gro stuff in walmart ad walgreens i think. ?But idk I live in UK so what do I know haha
