How can you tell if shampoo/conditioner has been tested on animals?

There is no 800 number and i want to know. It's pantene blonde expressions, highlights enhancing.How can you tell if shampoo/conditioner has been tested on animals?
On the bottle it will say ';Not tested on Animals'; if its not, but if it is, it won't say anything.How can you tell if shampoo/conditioner has been tested on animals?
If it doesn't say ';this product is not tested on animals'; then it is tested on animals.
uhm, it'll probably say so on the bottle?
it would not say ';not tested on animals'; on the back of the label.
