Is it better to use a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner or use a shampoo and conditioner separately?

Also, has anyone tried the Herbal Essences 2 in 1?Is it better to use a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner or use a shampoo and conditioner separately?
2-in-1 will not condition your hair enough. Unless your hair has no issues, and is perfectly fine condition, 2-in-1 will not work. Your hair will become dry and frizzy. If your hair is in excellent condition, you could occasionally use the 2-in-1 for convenience, but still use the shampoo and conditioner separately most of the time. 2-in-1 can also work well for children.

Although the herbal essences shampoos and conditioners are good, and I use them, I wouldn't suggest the 2-in-1 for the above reasons. Is it better to use a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner or use a shampoo and conditioner separately?
haha, i used to use those 2-in-1s that until my friend told me its better to use those separate ones. that way you can control how much conditioner (or shampoo) you need on your hair; like for example if your hair's dry you need more conditioner but in those 2-in-1 ones you cant control the amount of conditioner you put on your hair
It's better to use the 2-in-1 AND the conditioner to ensure your hair's getting enough protein. I think that only people with normal hair (i.e., people with no real hair issues) can get away with just using 2-in-1 products.
Its better to buy them separately because usually there is more shampoo than conditioner in the 2 in 1 bottles.
Separately. They both do two different things with your hair. In order to have clean healthy hair it needs to be two steps.
herbal essences work great.

well i think its does i bought the hair spray and everything

and i love it
i think you should use them seperately! whenever i've used the two in one shampoos it doesnt really work.
seperatley.
