it is better to use it with his other John Frieda products but i guess you can. Umm you should just use whatever shampoo for your hair type or use whatever that says on it for men.What do you suggest is the best shampoo/conditioner for guys?
My girlfriend is an excellent cosmetologist and she recommends American Crew for guys. I am extremely pleased with it. It is definately worth the extra dollar or two.
use loreal...and the john freda collection can help also.
